Why these quantities?
Recent daily demand × lead time, safety buffer and target cover, minus available and incoming stock. We round up to case packs and product minimums, then fund supplier groups within your budget.
What the plan knows—and what to check
Sales window: 2026-09-29 to 2026-10-29, end exclusive, UTC. Cancelled and test orders are excluded. Zero sales can mean stock was unavailable: set a manual demand rather than guessing. Incoming stock is manual and assumed on time. Storewide stock can hide location shortages. Supplier delivery costs are counted once; taxes are excluded. Supplier minimum spend applies to product cost, before shipping. This is an urgency-based allocation, not mathematical optimization. No orders are sent and no inventory is changed.
