Information used

After installation, the app reads active product variants, SKUs, vendors, prices, inventory quantities and unit costs. It reads order line quantities from the last 30 complete days to calculate demand. It does not request customer names, email addresses, shipping addresses or payment information in its order queries.

Information stored

We store your shop domain, authenticated Shopify sessions and access tokens, aggregate product-level sales counts, inventory snapshots, planning assumptions and up to 20 saved buying plans. The Shopify session library may store the authenticated merchant or staff account’s name, email and user ID. Order IDs are used during synchronization but are not retained in planning snapshots.

Purpose and sharing

Information is used to provide inventory planning, authenticate access, troubleshoot errors and respond to support requests. The application runs on our hosting server and communicates with Shopify. We do not sell store data or send buying plans to suppliers. CSV exports remain under your control. No advertising analytics are included in the app.

Retention and deletion

Current settings and snapshots remain while the app is installed; saved plans are limited to the newest 20. Verified uninstall or shop-redaction webhooks delete application records and sessions for that shop. Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests. Operational backups, if enabled, must expire within 30 days and are not used for active processing after deletion.

Security and rights

Access to merchant data requires Shopify authentication. Server connections use HTTPS. You can uninstall through Shopify, and contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights. Requests are verified to protect store data. This policy will be updated when processing or service providers change.
